- Relevant diploma/degree or professional qualification in spa & wellness or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience, including supervisory/management responsibility; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, cost-control and team-management capability.
- Excellent communication, guest/service orientation and ability to deliver high standards in a pre-opening environment.
