- Relevant certificate/diploma and recognised professional training for the specific spa/wellness role.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in a luxury spa, hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, guest consultation and professional treatment/service standards.
- Excellent grooming, communication, discretion and guest-service skills.
